The Pampered Chef, founded in 1980, is a direct seller of high quality kitchen tools. At in-home Cooking Shows, The Pampered Chef’s Independent Consultants help guests try products, prepare and sample recipes, and learn quick and easy food preparation techniques and entertaining tips. The Pampered Chef is committed to to help families gather together at mealtimes by developing kitchen tools, providing cooking tips and creating recipes that suit busy lifestyles. The Pampered Chef’s product line of more than 300 items includes cookware, cutlery, cookbooks, stoneware and pantry products.
Products: Pampered Chef’s product line includes nearly 500 offerings, with 90% of those products exclusive to Pampered Chef.
Test Kitchens: Pampered Chef’s Test Kitchens are committed to developing timesaving tools, tips and recipes that enhance mealtime and suit busy lifestyles. A staff of home economists, food scientists, chefs and dieticians develop, test and edit more than 300 recipes per year. Pampered Chef is continually expanding its recipe and product collection to align with top flavor, ingredient and lifestyle trends.
Distribution: Products are sold primarily through in-home cooking demonstrations known as cooking shows (1 million are held in the United States each year).
There are nine main ranks in the Pampered Chef consultant plan.
Each of these nine ranks have different requirements in order to achieve the rank. Once you start to get higher up in rank you will find that your personal sales requirements go up along with the number of Pampered Chef consultants that have to be in your downline in order for you to progress and make more money with the Pampered Chef Comp plan.
You will enjoy several bonuses along the way as well. There are monetary bonuses along with Pampered Chef product credits. Starting at the Advanced Director rank, you must have a total of $12,000 or more within your entire organization per month.
Team sales don’t come into effect until you reach the rank of a Team leader and then beyond that the personal and team sales must equal $5,750.00 per month.
Each Pampered Chef Consultant can has several different requirements that they must meet in order to stay at that rank.The requirements to stay active vary at each rank within the Pampered Chef Comp Plan.

Overrides are given to Pampered Chef consultants on their own sales and their downline sales. You can get overrides from personal sales, direct recruit sales, indirect recruits (this is not common in mlm companies so this is an extra), Team and personal overrides.
The Leadership Overrides for being a good leader are also available on the 1st generation, 2nd generation director, 2nd generation teams and the 3rd generation once you hit the Executive Director rank and more.
The highest rank you can achieve in the Pampered Chef Compensation plan is the National Executive Director which requires $200,000 per month in organizational sales.

ADDISON, Ill., Oct 27, 2014 — The Pampered Chef, Ltd., a Berkshire Hathaway company, today announced that it has appointed Tracy Britt Cool as Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2014.
Cool, 30, has been with Berkshire Hathaway for five years, serving as Financial Assistant to the Chairman. In this role, her responsibilities included conducting investment research, analyzing acquisition opportunities, and advising Berkshire Hathaway subsidiaries in various industries. Cool will continue to serve as chairman of Berkshire Hathaway companies Benjamin Moore, Larson-Juhl, and Oriental Trading Company, and will remain on the board of the H.J. Heinz Company.
